The 2 years that we have been functioning, most of our work has been with schools wherein principals and teachers recommend students that are in need of financial aid. Through the process we develop a sense of mutual trust and respect for with schools and its management.

During the ongoing academic year, we got to associate our work with Sri Sankara Matric Higher Secondary School, Thiruvanmiyur. Its principal had always gone above and beyond to support students with financial difficulties.

She had requested us to help 11 kids with term fees totalling to Rs. 1,36,000, which at one point of time seemed overwhelming, but thanks to two generous donors we were able to pay the term fees in piecemeal.

With schools back to their regular functioning, we were fortunate to meet the students and spend some time with them today.
