A decent living!!

Sometimes the most basic requirement for a decent living can become difficult to afford. Sometime in the month of March we were approached by an acquaintance with a rather different request, different because we haven’t worked for such requirement. The need was to help a family build a bathroom. The family of 4, which included 3 women were using a makeshift facility for their daily needs and were not financially capable of affording proper sanitation. Its quite disturbing to realize that the things that most of us consider as a default setting in our every day lives, is actually a mammoth blank in many of our fellow humans’ lives. Nevertheless, the total cost of building a proper facility was close to Rs. 24,000 towards which we had contributed Rs. 12,000 from our personal funds. We continue to be grateful to every individual who have placed immense faith in us and have contributed in our journey.
