In a twist of fate combined with covid lockdown and pandemic woes, Nisha a mother of two daughters is spiraling with grief as she struggles to make a living. Her sole aim of having to provide her daughters with education now remains a distant dream.
Nisha who was working in a highway hotel kitchen lost her job and does not have a place to stay or a job in hand. She is currently residing with her friend in Kalpakkam who was magnanimous to share her house with this broken family. The younger child is currently studying in a government school.
Nisha’s elder daughter Kathija Banu has completed her Higher secondary and is looking to stay and study B.Com from a college in Chennai. The family reached out to us through a common friend and has requested for graduation aid and hostel expenses.
While government colleges are our first preference, we would like to kindly request our donors and sponsors to help aid her education and hostel fees if we have to enroll her in a private college. The average funds we are expecting to help Kathija to graduate is minimum Rs. 80,000/- per year.
Requesting all of your support as always. If you would like to sponsor Kathija’s graduation, please kindly let us know or donate one time using the link here.
