While people are trying to get back to normalcy after 2 years of COVID waves coming and going, some families are still bleeding with the after effect of the pandemic that has deeply affected their livelihood.
One such family are the household of Mr. Balasubramanian. A generation of cloth merchants, Balasubramanian’s cloth business was severely affected during the Covid lockdown and was forced to join as a delivery agent for an e-commerce retail shopping platform. His wife, Sathya is a home maker and both of them are now struggling to make ends meet for a living.
They have two daughters, Megha aged 6 in Std. IV and Jasvindha aged 4 in Std I. Both of them are currently studying in Smt. Durgadevi Choudhary Vivekananda Vidyalaya Senior Secondary school (A unit of Jaigopal Garodia Vivekananda Vidyalaya Trust)
They have approached Vidhyavruksha Foundation to support the fees of one kid. The family has managed to arrange fees for the other kid by pledging their jewels. Their situation is extremely difficult and we are looking for sponsors to help pay Megha’s annual fees of Rs. 40,900/-
Your contribution will help Megha’s continue her education and will definitely be a big morale boos to parents who are putting their best sincere effort to ensure their daughters get quality education right from their initial stage.
